Abstract :
The study of the thesis is to examine the influence before and after the privatization of the financial performance of state owned enterprises (BUMN). The financial performance is measured by efficiency ratio, profitability ratio, likuidity ratio, and leverage ratio. The samples in this study are listed in BUMN on the stock exchange Indonesia. The samples are determined by using the purposive sampling method. The samples obtained are as much 8 companies. The first, second, third, and fourth hypothesis test use paired sample t-test with SPSS. The test results show that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the discrepancies of efficiency ratio before and after privatization is not accepted. However, the second hypothesis (H2) which states that the discrepancies of profitability ratio before and after privatization is not accepted. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that the discrepancies of likuidity ratio before and after privatization is not accepted. Likewise the fourth hypothesis (H4) which states that the discrepancies of leverage ratio before and after privatization is accepted.
