Abstract :
This study aimed to provide empirical evidences about the impacts of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioner, audit commitee and director board meeting frequency on the timeliness. Population of this study were property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012, 2013 and 2014. By using purposive sampling method, the sample obtained were 12 companies. Based on the hypothesis tests using multiple regression analysis method by assistance of SPSS program ver. 17,0 the result showed that five independent variables, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent board of commissioner, audit commitee and director board meeting frequency have no significant impact to timeliness.
