Abstract :
This study aims to determine and test whether or not the influence of the independent variables consisting of compensation and work environment on the dependent variable consisting of turnover intention. This research is a quantitative study with multiple linear regression analysis techniques and data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method which resulted in 100 respondents. Respondents in this study were taken from 8 hotels in the city of Palembang. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the SPSS 20 tool. The results showed that the compensation variable had a negative effect on the turnover intention variable with the regression model having a negative value and the work environment variable having a negative effect on the turnover intention variable with the regression model having a negative value.
