Abstract :
This study aims to find out if there is an influence of loyalty on teacher performance of generation X and Y in Palembang. The population in this study is all teachers in Palembang. The sample of the study was as many as 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS ver program. 26.0. Based on the results of testing and data analysis, the result of this study is that there is an influence of loyalty on teacher performance of generation X and Y in Palembang. From this research it is also known that the loyalty level of generation X is higher than generation Y.
