Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of occupational safety and health and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kasih Agro Mandiri Palembang. The sample used in this study were 74 employees who worked in the field at the oil palm plantation of PT. Kasih Agro Mandiri Palembang using the saturated sample method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection using questionnaires and hypothesis testing were analyzed using regression analysis using the help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of this test indicate that occupational health safety and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
