Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance on the turnover intention of health workers in Palembang. This type of research is an empirical study with primary and secondary data to be used. Data were collected using data collection techniques, namely by distributing the questionnaires online. The population in this research is health workers in Palembang. The sample in the study was determined by purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, simple linear analysis and t test with the help of SPSS application. From the t test results show that work life balance has an influence on turnover intention with the direction of the influence is negative
