Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to test whether physical work environment variables can affect employee performance. This type of research used in this research is a case study. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Sinar Tani Palembang in 2018. The sample in this study was determined using simple regression analysis with a total of 42 samples as respondents. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses the analysis method of the coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS ver. 23. The results obtained show that the physical work environment affects employee performance. Keyword: work enviroment and empeloyee performance.
