Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of kaizen organizational cultures and reward on employee performance at PT. Dirgaputra Ekapratama Palembang. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires answers and secondary data from company data. The research method used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research uses non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique of 57 respondents. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that kaizen organizational cultures and reward have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
