Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the Dual Role has an influence on the Work Stress of Female Salesperson during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Palembang. The population is employees of Retail Store Sales in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling: purposive sampling. In this study, the criteria to be sampled were an employee of a modern retail store sales assistant (who was married), and had worked at least 1 year. The selected retail stores are Indomaret, Alfamart, Matahari, Transmart, Psx, and Fashion Corner with a total sample of 67 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results showed that Multiple Peanuts have a positive and significant effect on the Work Stress of Female Salesperson in Palembang City.
