Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of budget evaluation and innovation on managerial performance on radio stations in the city of Palembang. The period of this research is 2020-2021. The theories used in this research are budget evaluation, innovation, and managerial performance. The populations in this study are radio stations in the city of Palembang. The sample selection uses a total population sampling method with a sample size of 26 radio stations. Data analysis technique used to test hypotheses is to use multiple linear regression tests to determine the effect of budget evaluation and innovation on managerial performance. Based on the results of the test data analysis shows that budget evaluation and innovation do affects on managerial performance significantly.
