Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the influence of work from home on the performance of junior high school teachers in Palembang. The samples used in this study were junior high school teachers who did the teaching process through online or work from home in Palembang as many as 103 people. Data collection in this study used questionnaires and interviews conducted online. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of the research showed that the variables of work from home have a significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Palembang.
