Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of the accounting system and internal audit on managerial performance at BPR in Palembang. The type of research in this research is associative causal. The population in this study were BPR in Palembang. The sample used in the study was 30 people. The sample technique used was purposive sampling. The results of the study were obtained from internal audit and management accounting systems that had an influence on managerial performance at BPR in Palembang. The results of this study also show that auditing has an effect on managerial performance at BPR in Palembang. The accounting system has an effect on managerial performance at BPR in Palembang.
