Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction of barista At Coffee shop in Palembang. The population of the research was all the barista at Coffee shop in Palembang. The criteria sample used a barista who has basic knowledge in making coffee and non coffee beverages that are certified or uncertified. A sample is taken 96 respondents from 45 coffee shop in Palembang. The sampling technique using simple convenience sampling. The data was collected using a questionaire, all of the data were analyzed using program SPSS (Statistical Package or Social Science) 22 to examine the influence of work stress on job satisfaction of Barista in Palembang. The result showed that work stress had a significant negative effect of barista?s job satisfaction at coffee shop in Palembang.
