Abstract :
This study aims to prove whether there is a profitability ratio (ROA), solvency ratio (DER) and market value ratio (PER) between family firms and non- family companies. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data and documentation data analysis techniques. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is Hypothesis Test using the Mann Whitney Test. The result obtained inthis study are the profitability ratio (ROA) there is a significant difference between family companies and non family companies. For the solvency ratio (DER) there is no significant difference and the last, for the market value ratio is also no significant difference
