Abstract :
This study This study aims to determine whether work stress and job involvement have an influence on turnover intention of millennial generation employees in Palembang. The population in this study is the car sales marketing of the millennial generation in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study were 48 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method. The data collection technique in this research is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. Testing this hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 25 tool. The results of this study indicate that work stress and job involvement have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention of millennial employees in car sales marketing in Palembang.
