Abstract :
This research is a basic research that aims to analyze the influence of Social Media on Millenial Generation Work Productivity in Palembang. The sample in this study were 80 respondents with Snowball Sampling technique. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and the respondent's data were obtained from a questionnaire. The test results in this study found that Social Media has a positive effect on Millenial Generation Work Productivity in Palembang
