Abstract :
This study aims to determine the relationship between job stress and cyberloafing behavior in administrative employees. The higher the work stress that employees have, the higher the employee cyberloafing behavior that appears. Respondents of this study were 86 employees who work as administrators in Palembang. This study used questionnaire data collection methods and interviews. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling: purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is simple line analysis technique with the help of SPSS 25. The results show that there is a positive relationship between job stress and cyberloafing behavior.
