Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether work family conflict, work involvement and work stress variables have an influence on job satisfaction.The population is all Alfamart employees in Palembang City.While the sample is Alfamart employees with a total sample of 60 respondents using the convenience sampling technique.The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of work family conflict, work involvement and work stress variables on job satisfaction.The results obtained indicate that work family conflict variable has a positive effect on job satisfaction, while work involvement and work stress have no effect on job satisfaction.
