Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workplace bullying on employee performance in Palembang City. This research is a causality research. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at a company in the city of Palembang. The sample in this study were 100 employees who worked at a company in the city of Palembang. The data collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire instrument distributed through social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test (R2) with the help of SPSS 26.0 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that the Workplace Bullying variable has an influence on Employee Work Stress in Palembang City.
