Abstract :
This study is a basic study that aims to determine the effect of workplace bullying on the performance of sales employees in the city of Palembang. The subjects in this study were employees who worked in several companies in Palembang City. This type of research is a causality study, a research design designed to examine the possibility of a causal relationship between variables. This data collection technique is through a survey using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS 16.0 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that the workplace bullying variable has an influence on the performance of employees in the sales sector in Palembang City.
