Abstract :
This study discussed the analysis between work family conflict and work stress on the performance of foreign banking marketing officers in Palembang. The research employed quantitative study by distributing online questionnaires. The population of the study was all foreign banking marketing officers in Palembang. There were 100 respondents in the study. The data analysis technique utilized was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable work stress had a significant negative impact on the performance of foreign banking marketing officers in Palembang.
