Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the Shunda Plafond PVC employees in Palembang. This type of research is a case study. The sample technique used in this study was genus sampling involving 30 employees of Shunda Plavon PVC in Palembang. The results of the research obtained on the results of the descriptive analysis test found that most of the employees of Shunda Palfon were almost dominant and agreed that they were satisfied working at the Shunda Plafon PVC Palembang. The dominant indicator is work facilities. This shows that complete work facilities encourage employee satisfaction at the Palembang PVC Ceiling Shunda. In the t test, it was found that the customer satisfaction variable has an influence on the employee performance of the Palembang PVC Ceiling Shunda. This shows that it is important for Shunda Palfon PVC Palembang to pay attention to customer satisfaction in order to increase employee performance.
