Abstract :
This study aims to determine the influence of Gender and Work Stress Influence on 24-hour Alfamart employee performance in Palembang City. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at Alfamart. This type of research is quantitative research, a process of finding knowledge using data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. While the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, the method of sampling is to select subjects based on specific criteria set by the researcher.
