Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of Topi Kopi Pegayut Factory in Palembang. The type of research is a case study. The population in this study were all Topi Koki employees. The sample used in this study was 115 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results obtained partially, the variables of motivation and work discipline affect employee performance. In the test results obtained simultaneously, the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.
