Abstract :
This study aims to find out the Effect of Compensation And Work Stress on Sales Turnover Intention PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan. The population in this study is all employees of sales PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan. The sampling technique used is saturated samples with a sample count of 54 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study showed that the compensation variable had no significant effect on turnover intention, the work stress variable significantly affected the turnover intention and the compensation variable and the work stress simultaneously positively affected the sales turnover intention PT. Proteindotama Cipta Pangan.
