Abstract :
The purpose of this research is determine whether the variables of work reward and punishment both partially and simultaneously have an influence on the performance of employees of hotels. The variables tested were reward, punishment and employee performance. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of hotels. Sampling using non probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques with a total sample of 42 respondents. Testing the research variables using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The test results show that reward variables have an effect and significantly on employee performance, punishment variables have no effect and no significantly affect employee performance Keywords: reward, punishment, employee performance.
