Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employees performance at PT. Putriindah Informatika Solusi Palembang. The population used in this study were 37 people. The technique used is the Saturated Sample Technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the competence variabel and work environment variable has a significant effect on employees performance at PT. Putriindah Informatika Solusi Palembang.
