Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effects of liquidity, profitability, and company?s size on the success of the company?s turnaround. The population in this study is a non financial companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the years 2009 to 2013. The sample in this study using judgement sampling method. From that method, was obtained by 12 success of the company?s turnaround and 62 non success of the company?s turnaround. The hypothesis test uses logistic regression analysis with SPSS. The logistic regression test results indicate that liquidity has significant and positive influences on the success of the company?s turnaround. Meanwhile, profitability and company?s size has not significant influences on the success of the company?s turnaround.
