Abstract :
This study aims to examine the decision on the purchase of a middle-class residential property in Palembang through three variables, namely developer reputation, price, and a healthy environment. The population in this study is that people who have been occupying a middle-class housing in the city of Palembang. Sample set by using quota sampling method. The research sample of 100 respondents obtained. Hypothesis testing using T-test analysis methods with the help of the application program Source For Social Statistics (SPSS) version 17.00 for windows 7. The results showed that the first hypothesis (H1) who stated the developer reputation positive influence on purchase decisions middle-class residential property in Palembang, received , The second hypothesis (H2) stated price positive influence on purchase decisions middle-class residential property in Palembang, accepted. The third hypothesis (H3) which states that a healthy environment has positive influence on purchasing decisions middle-class residential property in Palembang, accepted.
