Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the influence of financial information and non-financial information. Variable of financial information in this study are ROA, CR and DER. Variable non-financial information in this study are the inflation rate, and interest rate. The population in this study are all IPO companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014. The sample set by using purposive sampling method. Samples obtained for this study were 72 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS ver.20,0. The results showed all of variable independent that is ROA, CR, DER, inflation rate and interest rate do not to have a effect to underpricing.
