Abstract :
Mitsubishi is one of the most complain able car brand. That can be proved with live survey with PT.BMM that give a statement about there is still many customer facing confusion or difficulty when purchasing a new car and needed live consultation service with Sales Counter and Engineer. Purchasing car criteria that often been asked customer including parts, service, comfortability, and security. Decision support system will be developed using promethee method. As for the problem in this research that is how developed Mitsubishi vehicle decision support system using promethee method. The Purpose of this research is to know how to build Mitsubishi vehicle decision support system using promthee method. System analysis result Mitsubishi vehicle decision support system using promethee method can be developed at PT. Berlian Maju Motor Palembang using PHP programming language and MySql as database.
