Abstract :
This Study aims to examine the effect of the influence of management controlling system components and cost of quality with performance of quality. The population of this study were owner and manager of manufacture company engaged in the field of digital printing in Palembang. Samples determined by using purposive sampling method. The samples obtained were as much 49 respondents. Testing with the help of SPSS ver. 16,00. Test results show that the first hypothesis (H1) which states the influence of management control systems affects performance of quality, accepted. Test results show that the second hypothesis (H2) which states cost of quality affects quality performance, rejected.
