Abstract :
This study purpose to analyze the influence of Lifestyle and demographic status of the Starbucks customer satisfaction in Palembang. The population in this study are all consumers Sturbucks Coffee in Palembang. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS ver.17,0.The Test result indicated that the first hypothesis (H1) who stated that the existence of activities influence positively and significantly to the satisfaction of the purchase of Starbucks in Palembang, accepted The second hypothesis (H2) which states that the existence of the effect of interest on a positive and significant satisfaction Starbucks purchases in Palembang, accepted.Hipotesis third (H3) which states that the existence of influence opinions positively and significantly to the satisfaction of the purchase of Starbucks in Palembang, accepted.
