Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to examine empirically the intellectual capital effect and kind of business concerning the performance of the companies which is registered in LQ45. The population in this research are the companies which is registered in LQ45 on the period 2009-2014. The sample is decided by purposive sampling technique. The sample that we get is about 22 companies. Hypotheses testing using the doubled linear regression analysis method and using the statistic R v.2.11.1. The result shows us that the first hypotheses (H1) explains that the intellectual capital has a positive effect to the performance of the companies which is registered in LQ45, rejected. Second hypotheses explains that kind of business has a positive effect to the financial performance, rejected.
