Abstract :
The aim of research to determine the superior competence and competence is weak determine the consideration and follow up progam development competens. The subject of this study were all Operator ware house as many as 41 people in charge of managing the preparation of materials and save the result of production. Techniques of data collection and data processing techniques the assessment center is used to measure core competencies and competence while management by objectives-MBO used to measure basic competencies. The average score of core competencies (2.95<3.50),superior competence:integrity (3.32>3.00),weaker competence:intelligence (2.37<3.00). The Average score of specific competencies (2.91<3.20),superior competence: planning and organizing(3.00=3.00),weaker competence: Army procedures,process and policies(2.61<3.00).
