Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of factors on customer purchasing intention of virtual goods from Google Playstore on gaming category. Population on this research are the users of smarthphone that use Android Operating System and sample was determined by using convenience-purposive sampling method. The sample size on this research was 100 sample. By calculating the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis with help from software SPSS ver. 16. The result of hypothesis showed that five variables that are price utility, quality, aesthetic, playfulness, and social image have relation with purchasing intention. Meanwhile variable social relationship has no relation with purchasing intention. The result of adjusted R square calculation is 0.212, means independent variables has 21.2% value for explaining dependent variable.
