Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine how to effect of training on employee productivity of PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah S2JB. This type of research is a case of study and samples taken as many as 50 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire that measured with a likert scale. Technical analysis is a technique use quota sampling and simple random sampling using SPSS version 17. Validity of test results for the variable training and employee productivity count is valid for r greater than r table. Reliability test results remedy variable training and employee productivity is reliable because the Cronbach?s Alpha Based on the above item Standardized 0.6. Based on the results of t test, t value obtained was 5.266 with a significance level of 0.000, Adjusted R Square of 0.353, indicating that training has significant influence on the employee productivity PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah S2JB.
