Abstract :
This study aims to determine the influence of independent variables that Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy towards consumer satisfaction stay. This study uses a case study with a sample of 100 people consisting of consumers who use the services of accommodation in hotels Sandjaja, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independent variables Tangibles (0,001), Reliability (0,020), Responsiveness (0,000), Assurance (0.008), Emphaty (0.001), positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. With results adjusted R-square is 82.5%.
