Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the factors that influence trust and its influence on the loyalty of users of internet banking in Palembang and is a replication of research Maharsi and Fenny (2006) using testing different test methods and different research. The population of this research is the internet banking users and take samples as much as 384 respondents who use internet banking with the method of purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test and (R2). To test the reliability of the questionnaire using the test validity and reliability by using SPSS application 20.0. The results of this research show that the existence of a shared value, communication, and opportunistic behaviour control against the existence of trust and influence between confidence in the loyalty of users of internet banking, in Palembang. and it is evident that the variable trust as variables that mediate between the independent and dependent variables.
