Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of budgetary slack Against Budget Participation in Leadership Style As Moderating Variables In SKPD Palembang. The population in this study is ranking officials in the regional work units Palembang. The data used in this study are primary data, namely the research data collected by the survey method through questionnaires directly to the respondents. These results indicate that the leadership style did not moderate the relationship between budget participation on budgetary slack.
