Abstract :
This research aims to find out to know the influence of return on equity, debt to equity, and current ratio of underpricing on the company that do offer stock of prime in the BEI. The population in this research is the company doing the IPO. the sample used in this research as much as 95 companies from 125 companies do IPO. This research uses analysis regression linier berganda. The results of the research show that the return on equity negative effect significantly on underpricing, while the debt to equity and current ratio has no effect on underpricing.
