Abstract :
This research aimed to find out the influence of the finance performance, in which was proxied by ROA (Return on Asset) towards the company value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the managerial ownership as the moderating variable towards LQ 45 Company period 2012-2014. The population in this research was LQ 45 Company period 2012-2014. The samples in this research were 11 LQ 45 Companies, which were included in this research period. The determination of this samples was applied by using the purposive sampling method. To test the hypotheses of this research, the moderated regression analysis was used. The results of this research showed that the company performance (ROA) gave the negative influence towards the company value; CSR was the moderating variable in this performance finance relation (ROA) towards the company value, and the managerial ownership was not the moderating variable in this finance performance relation (ROA) towards the company value.
