Abstract :
This study aimed to examine the effect of Earnings Management Against Underpricing. The population in this study are all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. Samples determined by using purposive sampling method. The sample obtained was 54 companies over a period of 3 years ie 2011-2013. The data analysis technique used in this study performed with SPSS version 20.0 as for the technique used is the analysis of the classical assumption, hypothesis testing and the determination of the value of R using simple regression analysis. The results showed that the earnings management no significant positive effect on the underpricing.
