Abstract :
The study aims to examine the affect of the budgetary participation, organization commitment, and leadership style to managerial performance in a public sector organization of Palembang. The population of this study were managers in a public sector organizaion of Palembang. Samples datermined by using purposive sampling method. The samples obtained were as such 32 public sector organization of Palembang. Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS Ver. 16.0. the test result showed that the first hypothesis (H1) which states that the budgetary participation affect the managerial perfomance in a public sector organization of Palembang. The second hypothesis (H2) which state that the organization commiment affect the managerial perfomance in a public sector organization of Palembang. And the third hyphothesis (H3) which states that the leadership style affect the managerial perfomance in a public sector organization of Palembang. Keyword: managerial perfomance, budgetary participation, organization commitment, leadership style and public sector organization.
