Abstract :
This research is intended to observe the effect of the competence and knowledge management on the barista performace in Palembang. The population in this research is all of the barista at the coffee shop in Palembang. The type of the research used is the empirical research. The amount of the sample in this research is 100 respondents that were selected based on the non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling method. For the data analytical technique, this research uses multiple linear regressionsto analyze the data. Based on the data obtained, it was showed that competence and knowledge management has significant effect on the performance of the barista in Palembang.
