Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the organizational climate variable has a partial effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a partial effect on employee performance, and organizational climate and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT. Eka Sumber Artha Palembang, amounting to 35 people, except for the Manager so that it refers to the census method. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis with validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression test, t test, f test, determination coefficient test, SE and SR calculations. In this study, the results show that, partially, Organizational Climate has no effect on Employee Performance, Job Satisfaction partially has no effect on Employee Performance, and Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have an effect on Employee Performance.
