Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of government bank tellers in Palembang City. The population in this study were employees of government bank tellers in Palembang City. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The variables in this study were measured using a Likert scale and then processed using the SPSS 26 program. The results obtained are the sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the hypothesis testing H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so the work stress variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable.
