Abstract :
This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work stress levels on the motivation of online ojek drivers in Palembang. The population in this study was online ojek drivers in Palembang. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The type of data used is primary data including data related to work stress and motivation of online drivers in the city of Palembang and secondary data includes data from online motorcycle taxi service companies and other data obtained from various sources. The variables in this study were measured using a likert scale and then processed using spss 26 program. The result is a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means H1 hypothesis testing is acceptable. This means that occupational stress variables significantly affect motivational variables. Keywords: Work Stress, Motivation
