Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether the workload and multiple roles have an influence on the performance of health workers in Palembang City. The population is Palembang City health workers. The sampling technique uses Non Probability Sampling : Purposive Sampling. The sample criteria in this study are female nurses who are married, have children, and work in hospitals with a total sample of 60 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results showed that the workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses in Palembang City and the dual role has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of nurses in Palembang City.
