Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of implementing standard operating procedures and leadership styles on employee performance at PT. Sriwijaya Artha Boga. The study population was the store employees at PT Sriwijaya Artha Boga. The sample used is the employees of the restaurant store section of 109 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable standard operating procedures and leadership style have an positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Sriwijaya Artha Boga partially or simultaneously. Keywords: Standard Operating Procedures, Leadership Styles, and Employee Performance
